What this tool is

A quick, honest read on whether it is the right time to sell. Answer ten questions across the five dimensions of exit preparation, then get a readiness score out of 10 and a clear read: sell, neutral, or wait.

How the score is calculated

Every answer carries a sell-readiness value from 0 to 10, shown as a number beside each option. A 0 points strongly toward waiting; a 10 points strongly toward selling now. Nothing is hidden, and you can see exactly what each choice is worth.

  1. Each answer scores 0 to 10.
  2. Each dimension score is the average of its two answers.
  3. Your overall score is the equal-weighted average of the five dimension scores. Each dimension counts the same, so no single one can dominate the result, and all five must be complete before a score appears.
