Nityanand Waingankar

Nityanand joined Aventis Advisors in 2025, coming from cloud infrastructure engineering.

He builds and maintains the systems the firm runs on: the automation behind research, reporting and outreach, the databases holding the firm’s company and deal data, and the Aventis website. Much of the work is connecting tools the team already uses, and putting AI into the steps that used to be manual, so the team spends its time on judgement instead of admin.

He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Goa College of Engineering.

Outside work he kayaks, builds Raspberry Pi projects, and makes terrariums.
