Gazduire Web is one of Romania’s leading Internet companies providing hosting, domain registration and maintenance of virtual private servers services.

Gazduire Web is based in Bucharest and was owned by NCH Capital, an Eastern Europe private equity firm with $3bn assets under management.

R22 is a Poland-based group of companies offering web hosting, omnichannel marketing and telecommunication services. The company is listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange and generates more than €60 million in revenue. The company has an active M&A strategy, expanding internationally through acquisitions.

In 2019, R22 was looking at entering the rapidly growing Romanian market, while the owners of Gaizdure were open to consider sale of the company. Thanks to the experience in the market and strong relationship with the buyer, Aventis was able to coordinate a swift transaction, achieving an attractive valuation for the seller.
