Visma is a leading European supplier of enterprise software to companies of all sizes and a serial buyer, closing more than 40 acquisitions a year. Aventis advised Visma on the acquisition of SaldeoSMART, a vendor of OCR solutions for accounting practices.

Background

Present in the Nordics, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, and more, Visma has an internal team that is responsible for the strategy but wanted assistance with coordinating multiple processes in various European countries.
