Kaps is a Polish family business manufacturing high-quality products for foot and shoe care for outdoor, sports, health & safety and fitness markets

Kaps has four manufacturing facilities in Poland and a well-established distribution network at home and abroad. The company has successfully developed in international markets and decided to expand its presence there through acquisitions.

Aventis Advisors took on the task of finding an acquisition target for Kaps that would allow a good entry point to a new market and strengthen the product offering. In the end, the choice fell on Tacco Footcare International, a German manufacturer and wholesaler of footwear accessories and foot care products.
