Solutions 30 is a leading European provider of maintenance services for the telecommunications sector, listed on Euronext Growth in Paris.

Solutions 30 operates in France, Benelux, Germany, Italy, and Spain, actively pursuing European expansion through M&A and was looking to enter the Polish market through acquisitions.

Telekom Usługi S.A. was a part of Sprint Group, engaged in the construction and maintenance of cable and fiber optic grids. The company’s fiber maintenance business provides services to more than 300,000 customers in Poland with a 300-strong technicians force. The main customer of the company is Orange Polska, the long-term customer of Solutions 30 across Europe.

In October 2019, Solutions 30 acquired Telekom Usługi S.A. in an asset deal that included Sprint Group’s assets related to the fiber maintenance business.
