Shaheer Ansari

Shaheer joined Aventis Advisors in 2023 from Goldman Sachs, where he worked in Credit Risk.

He works on software, IT services, AI and TIC transactions, with a focus on the research behind them: how a company competes, and which acquirers are likely to see value in it. When a process goes live he supports the team on target sourcing on buy-side mandates, buyer outreach on the sell-side, and the materials that go with it. He also works on the research Aventis publishes, including our AI valuation multiples report and our work on TIC valuations.

Originally from India, Shaheer has lived in the Middle East and Europe, which helps on cross-border processes. He holds a Bachelor’s in Financial Management and a double Master’s in Finance and Accounting from Kozminski University and SKEMA Business School.

Outside work he likes to cook, read non-fiction, and make videos.
