Solutions 30 is a leading European provider of maintenance services for the telecommunications sector, listed on Euronext Growth in Paris.

Solutions 30 operates in France, Benelux, Germany, Italy, and Spain, actively pursuing European expansion through M&A and was looking to enter the Polish market through acquisitions.

ELMO is a construction company from Eastern Poland, engaged in the areas of power grid, road, infrastructure. As part of its business, ELMO’s telecom support support business was a preferred partner of Orange Poland, with a network of 620 technicians providing installation and maintenance services to more than 900,000 customers. ELMO’s telecom operations generate annual revenues of €15 million.

In November 2019, Solutions 30 acquired ELMO’s telecom support services business in an asset deal.
