Filip Drazdou is an M&A Director at Aventis Advisors with over six years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions. He advises clients across the software, IT services, and Testing, Inspection, Certification sectors.

At Aventis, Filip manages both buy-side and sell-side M&A projects from start to finish, coordinating the transaction process from initial preparation and market positioning through buyer outreach, negotiations, due diligence, and execution.

Filip is also an active contributor to Aventis’ valuation research, having authored numerous articles on software and IT services markets, and is a co-host of the firm’s webinar series, particularly those focused on SaaS and IT services.

His areas of interest include AI and its rapidly evolving impact on the valuation, business models, and M&A landscape of software and services companies, as well as public markets valuations.
